DFS3120I MSC IN SYSTEM BUT DFSCMR00 NOT AVAILABLE

Explanation
 During IMS restart, module DFSCRM00 is needed
to reinstate the MSC control blocks but it is not available.

System action
 This message will be followed by an IMS 3120
abend.

Programmer response
 Make sure that DFSCMR00 is linked into
DFSRST00 load module.
