DFS2279I MONITOR TERMINATING-BAD TIME VALUE

Explanation
 The DC Monitor was attempting to obtain a time value using
the STORE CLOCK instruction (STCK) and encountered either of the following
two unacceptable states as determined by the return code. Return code, 2:
 Clock in the error state, or 3:  Clock stopped or not operational.

System action
 IMS continues processing, but the DC Monitoring is terminated
for the trace.

Programmer response
 Ensure that the time-of-day clock is in either
of the two valid states acceptable to the DC Monitor. The two acceptable states
to the Monitor result in condition code 0 or 1, which is clock set and running
and clock not set and running, respectively.
