Explanation

IMS experienced an internal error. See the following table for a list of reason codes xxyy.

A decimal number that identifies the module that experienced the error.
yy
An internal reason code.

If yy is 98 or 99, the error can occur in any module. For example: REASON CODE=4698 occurs in module DFSYRST0, and REASON CODE=2898 occurs in module DFSYGRX0.
