Explanation
 A permanent I/O error was detected attempting
to write a message to the indicated IMS line
and physical terminal.

System action
 The terminal has been PSTOPPED.

Operator response
(master terminal)  After the malfunction
has been corrected, a /START LINE x PTERM y or
a /RSTART LINE x PTERM y command can be used to
resume operations on the terminal.
