DFS0792A DATABASE TARGET VSAM DATASET MUST BE EMPTY PRIOR TO RUNNING RECOVERY

Explanation
 When running the Database Recovery utility, if
the DDNAME specifies VSAM data set and a failure occurred during a
previous run of the utility, then it might be necessary to delete
and redefine the VSAM data set.
