Explanation
 During IMS restart, IMS detected that the DEDB Alter
utility was running when IMS abnormally
terminated. IMS could not find
the AREA=aaaaaaaa and could not process related
5961 log records.

System action
 Emergency restart continues.

 If the AREA was validly removed,
no action is necessary. If it was not, contact IBM® Software
                Support for
assistance.
