DFS3800 UNABLE TO ACQUIRE STORAGE FOR MFS DYNAMIC DIRECTORY EXPANSION

Explanation
 Storage in the IMS extended
private area is unavailable for expanding the MFS Dynamic Directory
during initialization.

System action
 The MFS Dynamic Directory will be stabilized.
No more format blocks will be added. The directory will remain stabilized,
and this message will not be reissued until after the next IMS restart
or after the successful completion of a /CHANGE DIRECTORY
MFS command. This command will restore the MFS Dynamic Directory
back to the "primed" state that existed just after IMS initialization.

Programmer response
 Allow the IMS system
to run with the MFS Dynamic Directory stabilized until the next restart,
or if feasible, issue the /CHANGE DIRECTORY MFS command.
