Explanation
 The IMS command module is currently processing
a /MODIFY PREPARE command and the IMS command
module has not yet acknowledged completion of the command to the entering
terminal.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Operator response
 Reenter the command after the command response
to the /MODIFY PREPARE command is received.
