Explanation
 An I/O error occurred while reading the data set,
indicated by ddname, during processing of one of
the following commands:  
/MODIFY PREPARE

INITIATE OLC PHASE(PREPARE)

/MODIFY COMMIT

INITIATE OLC PHASE(COMMIT)

If the error occurred on a FORMAT library that has concatenated
data sets, nnn indicates on which of the concatenated
data sets the error was received.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Programmer response
 If the I/O error occurred on a data set
currently in use by the online IMS system,
that system might shortly encounter a similar condition. If the error
occurred for an inactive data set, you should recreate that data set.
