DFS3411X UNABLE TO OPEN THE MODSTAT DATA SET

Explanation
 IMS encountered an error trying to
open the data set with the ddname of MODSTAT. Either the MODSTAT DD
statement does not exist, or the operating system encountered an I/O
error during open processing.

System action
 IMS terminates abnormally with abend
3411.

Programmer response
 Provide the missing DD statement or create
the data set, or both, referenced by the MODSTAT DD statement using
the INITMOD procedure and run IMS. See IMS system
