Explanation
 An illogical condition has been detected by the MSC/VTAM
device dependent module for the specified link nnn.

System action
 The MSC/VTAM link session for the indicated
link is terminated. An IMS log record (X'67') with an ID of MSSx (where x = 1,
2 or 3) containing pertinent information was written.

 Notify the IMS System Programmer.
