DFS2798I MSDBINIT DATA SET IS EMPTY

Explanation
 The primary output from the MSDB memory dump recovery
utility is a new MSDBINIT data set. This data set is used for loading
the MSDBs during a cold start or a warm start with MSDBLOAD option.
The new MSDBINIT data set does not contain and MSDB records.

 The utility terminates normally.
