Explanation
  The LUMP or LUMC storage shortage has been released,
and new input from advanced program-to-program communication (APPC)
is allowed.

System action
 IMS tells APPC/MVS to
accept all APPC input; processing continues.

Programmer response
 No action is required.

shortage occurs again, follow the response steps in the DFS1278E information.
