DFS070 UNABLE TO ROUTE MESSAGE RSN=xxyy

Message DFS070 is issued when there are problems enqueuing or routing messages, or when the CQS structure is full.

Check for these conditions:
  • IMS attempted to enqueue a message and encountered an error.
  • These TM/MSC exits attempted to reroute a message and encountered an error:
    • DFSMSCE0–Message Routing
    • DFSMSTR0-Terminal Routing
  • A /FORMAT command is entered and an error is encountered while routing a message.
  • The CQS structure is full.
