Explanation
 Control blocks were missing from the inactive
library during /MODIFY PREPARE or INITIATE
OLC PHASE(PREPARE) processing.
The field bbbbb is
a particular IMS control block type such as DMBs from ACBLIB
or DDIRs from MODBLKS.

System action
 /MODIFY PREPARE or INITIATE
OLC PHASE(PREPARE) processing terminates.

Programmer response
 Include the database definitions
in the library by using the Online Change Utility. Be sure that the
library is APF authorized. IMS requires
at least one DMB in ACBLIB for an IMS DB/TM
system.
