Explanation
 Expansion of the ALL parameter or an inclusive
parameter caused the condensed command buffer to exceed the allowable
maximum.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Operator response
 Reenter the command as multiple commands.
For example, reenter /DISPLAY LINE ALL as two commands: /DISPLAY
LINE 1-1000 and /DISPLAY LINE 1001-2000.
