DFS3117 SESSION NOT ACTIVE, CANNOT DEQUEUE

Explanation
 The /DEQUEUE command was entered
without the PURGE keyword, but no session was active that involved
the specified node and user names (and LTERM, if used), or specified
LTERM.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Operator response
 Determine whether the PURGE keyword should
be used. The /DISPLAY NODE P1 or /DISPLAY
ASSIGNMENT LTERM P1 command can be used to determine what
sessions are active.
