Explanation
 The command editor (DFSICL30) detected a command
in which the NODE keyword was entered following the USER keyword and
its parameters. When both these keywords are used, the user name must
be specified after the node.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Operator response
 Resubmit the command with the keywords in
the correct sequence.
