DFS2475 /STOP DC COMMAND IN PROGRESS, CANNOT PROCESS COMMAND

Explanation
 A /START DC command is not allowed
if a previous /STOP DC command has not yet completed.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Operator response
(master terminal)  Use the /DISPLAY
ACTIVE command to determine the state of the VTAM® network.
Reenter the command when the VTAM ACB is closed.
