Explanation
 An ADS was treated as a MADS I/O timing condition.
A physical read or write was inhibited by IMS. In
the message text:
areaname

The name of the area that the long busy ADS belongs to.

ddname

The data description name of the long busy ADS that is registered
in the RECON data set.

System action
 IMS stops this ADS internally.

Programmer response
 After the MADS I/O timing condition ends,
run the Create utility to create a new ADS.
