Explanation
 The maximum length of a command is defined as
that which fits in a queue message buffer.

System action
 The data entered is ignored.

Operator response
(local/remote terminal)  Reduce the length
of the command and reenter. If commands of this length are required,
the system can be redefined with increased message buffer size.
