Catalog Populate utility batch logging enhancement for GSAM resources
In IMS 15.2, the IMS Catalog Populate utility (DFS3PU00) is enhanced with a new parameter GSAMPCB to indicate GSAM resources in MANAGEDACBS= STAGE or UPDATE mode running in DLI using PSB DFSCP001.
The GSAMPCB parameter indicates that the IEFRDER batch log data set is used by the catalog update task for catalog database changes and not shared with other tasks in the utility.
The function is enabled when new GSAMPCB parameter is specified on MANAGEDACBS=(STAGE|UPDATE,LATEST|UNCOND,GSAMPCB)= control statement in Catalog Populate utility using PSB DFSCP001 in DLI mode.
