DFS4646I DEDB ALTER SHADOW `XXX` = `shadow_dataset_name`

Explanation
 The DEDB Alter utility runs using the ALTERAREA
function. Message DFS4646I is issued for each shadow
area data set name and the shadow image copy data set name that is
used for the  utility.

for area data set or IDS for image copy data set.
