DFS3967I INVALID SAP ADDRESS IN CLB/LLB -- SAP NOT FORMATTED

Explanation
 The IMS Offline Dump Formatter detected
an invalid save area prefix address while attempting to format a save
area prefix associated with a requested CLB/LLB. Storage errors in
the dumped IMS system cause this condition. The invalid
address is found in the CLB/LLB ECB prefix that is formatted after
this message.

System action
 The IMS Offline Dump Formatter skips
the save area prefix formatting for the current CLB/LLB.
