Explanation
 Initialization of the Extended Terminal Option
(ETO) had been requested using the execution parameter ETO=Y. However,
initialization detected that the ETO feature has not been installed
or licensed.

System action
 IMS initialization terminates with
abend 3476.

Operator response
 See system programmer response.

System programmer response
 You can suppress this message by
changing the IMS execution parameter to ETO=N.  If ETO is
required, it must be installed or licensed.
