Explanation
 One of the time fields of a time schedule request
(columns 7-10, 21-24, or 26-29) did not contain either blanks or a
value between 0001 and 2359. tttt identifies the
invalid time. The sequence number nnnnnnnn identifies
the statement containing the error.

System action
 The Time-Controlled Operations (TCO) or the TCO
Verification utility rejects the time schedule request and processing
continues.

Programmer response
 Make sure that the time is valid and is
specified in the correct columns. Valid HH values are 00-23; valid
MM values are 00-59. Rerun the TCO Verification utility for this timetable
member.
