Explanation
 The online log data set (OLDS), identified by
ddname, would normally have been archived and be ready for reuse.
However, it was not archived.

System action
 IMS will use another available OLDS
and continue processing.
 System operator response: If
an archive job for the specified log data set is not executing, submit
an archive job.

Programmer response
 No action is required.
