Explanation
 An XRF alternate system or a Fast Database Recovery
region tried to schedule a PSB while tracking the active system. The
schedule failed because of insufficient pool space.

System action
 The system terminates with abend 0593.

Programmer response
 Increase the PSB pool space to at least
equal that of the active system.
