Explanation
 The MAXSB storage limit specified in member DFSVSMxx
of IMS.PROCLIB (for IMS online)
or the //DFSVSAMP data set (for batch) was exceeded. The MAXSB limit
specifies the maximum amount of storage that IMS can
allocate for Sequential Buffering (SB) buffers.

 The application program has partial or no benefit
from SB.
