Explanation
 The master terminal operator attempted to start
a multiple systems support link and the partner IDs in the two systems

 IMS stops the link.

the logical-to-physical link assignments, if they are in error. Otherwise,
inform the system programmer that an invalid partner ID was found.
Also, verify the DD statements used for the physical links.
