DFS1123I `label` DFLD EXCEEDS DEVICE BOTTOM MARGIN/PAGE CAPABILITIES

Explanation
 The DFLD statement POS= specification will not
fit within the bottom margin specification on the VTAB= keyword or
on a device page (PAGE=). The name of the statement label is
an externally defined name on the statement. If label is omitted,
it is an internal name generated by the preprocessor for the statement.
