Explanation
 IMS was unable to acquire virtual
storage for the Sequential Buffering (SB) extension to the System
Contents Directory (SCD).

System action
 IMS terminates abnormally.

User response
 For IMS batch allocate more private storage;
for IMS DB/DC or DBCTL, allocate more CSA storage.
