Explanation

IMS encountered a situation in which the databases modified by application yyyyyyyy needed to be backed out. The backout could not be completed. Database xxxxxxxx is stopped. Because this is a non-recoverable database, IMS does not make any further attempt to back it out. It should not be started until it has been restored to an acceptable condition.
