Explanation
 On the Create RDDS from log records panel, you
specified an invalid value for the Start or Stop date. The value you
specify must be the Julian date in the format yyyyddd.

System action
 ISPF panel processing awaits correction of the
error.

 Specify a valid value for the Start or Stop date.
