How commands on the active subsystem affect the alternate subsystem

Commands that make resources unavailable to the active subsystem also make these resources unavailable to the alternate subsystem after a takeover. This includes, for example, a /STOP PROGRAM command to stop the scheduling of transactions and any command to reassign terminals or stop physical terminals.
