OTMA C/I security
To protect z/OS® cross-system coupling
facility groups
from any non-authorized caller use IMSXCF.OTMACI,
a RACF® resource, defined in
the RACF facility class for
the OTMA C/I.
When the RACF resource
is defined, RACF RACHECK is invoked before OTMA C/I
performs a XCF JOIN. This method protects the access
to XCF,
the XCF group,
and the member. This RACF checking
is performed only when a non-authorized caller is using OTMA C/I.
