word 4 bytes 2-4 - AMB address
word 5 - PLH STACK or VSAM FOOTSTEPS

Notes:
- If the trace contains the PLH stack entries, these entries are the module addresses of the last five VSAM record management modules that had control. If the trace contains the VSAM footsteps, each VSAM footstep is a 1 byte entry which contains VSAM diagnostic information.
- The PLH footsteps contain 1 byte of VSAM diagnostic data and is passed back to IMS in order from last to first footstep.
- This information might be valuable to the VSAM support representatives if you need their assistance.
