IMS installed level API (DFSGVRM) enhancement

In IMS 15, you can use the DFSGVRM API to get the version, release, and modification level of an IMS system.

The DFSGVRM API is provided with IMS in the DFSGVRM assembler language macro with APAR PH14457.
