Explanation
 In an XRF-capable system, two MSDB checkpoint
data set pairs are allocated for startup. After the MSDBs are loaded,
only one of the two data set pairs is used. The MSDB checkpoint data
set pair that is not used is deallocated. This message is issued after
deallocation for each of the two data sets in the pair.

System action
 z/OS® dynamically
deallocated (SVC 99) the data set associated with the ddname identified
in the message. Normal operation continues.
