Explanation

DEDB area open startup processing started for multiple areas, based on the values for the FPOPN and FPRLM startup parameters. The process xxxxxxxx can be:

PREOPEN
REOPEN
RESTART
CLOSE
RLM REVR

Code (hex): Meaning
00: Startup successful.
01: Startup terminated due to shutdown close startup.
02: Startup terminated due to IRLM disconnect startup.
03: Startup failed due to out of storage condition.
