Explanation
 IMS attempted to join a Generic Resource
Group, but VTAM® is not enabled for the generic resources
function.

System action
 The command is rejected.

System programmer response
 Ensure that VTAM is
sysplex capable, and connected to the generic resource CF structure
ISTGENERIC. After making this corrections, you can attempt to start IMS generic
resources using the /START VGRS command.

Programmer response
 Enable generic resources, then reenter
the command.
