System action
 Link nnn is stopped. Two X'67'
trace records with record IDs MSS1 and MSS2 are logged.

Operator response
 (master terminal)  Restart the link.
If the problem persists, use a backup link, if available.

 Type X'67' log records were produced,
containing all relevant blocks.
