DFS468 INCORRECT VTAM LEVEL - RNR DISABLED

Explanation
 Rapid Network Reconnect (RNR) must be running
with VTAM® 4.4 or above. If VTAM is
not at the correct level, RNR is disabled.

System action
 IMS continues normal execution.
