Reference: ADD IB() command

You can use the ADD IB() command for invoking IMS Index Builder and the Build Index function of FPA for building indexes.

Any parameters specified on the ADD IB() command override those parameters that were specified on the UTILGBL() control statement.

There are also parameters for this auxiliary utility that can only be specified on the UTILGBL() control statement.
