IIUD3603E BLDL FAILED FOR DDNAME `ddname` MEMBER `member`

Explanation
 The member was not found when
the BLDL macro searched the PDS directory for the ddname.

System action
 IIUUDIAG ends with an abend code of U3603.

User response
 Make sure that the member indicated exists in
the data set specified for the indicated ddname.
Correct the error, and rerun the job. If the error persists, report
it to IBM®.
