Explanation
 The IMS HP Image Copy process for
the secondary index database is not proceeded due to the error of
Index Builder. 

System action
 IMS HP Image Copy continues
processing and returns control to the IPR Driver or the Smart Reorg
utility with return code 8, and reason code 00030010.

User response
 Check the error reason of the Index Builder process.
If necessary, correct the error and rerun the job.
