If IBM® IMS Recovery Solution Pack is not available, then the Health Check function is not available.

The library where IMS Recovery Solution Pack is installed must be specified in the IMSTOOLx variables in the BSYV220 CLIST. Update the CLIST and then restart IMS Recovery Expert.
