A Y was entered in the Force a checkpoint before Archiving
field, but the Force the Active Log to Archive field was set to N. This
combination is not allowed; the checkpoint cannot be generated without an archive log process.

If you want to force a checkpoint, make sure the Force the Active log to
Archive field is set to Y.
