Explanation ICLEFT was invoked with no parameters and the cursor
is not positioned in the dynamic panel area. 

User response Either put the cursor in the column that should
be scrolled or specify the column by number. Column numbers can refer
to visible columns (in the current display window) only. Numbering
starts at 1 on the left side.
