row that represents one such unfixed column, whose minimum displayable
size would not fit in the available screen area.

 Shrink the requested fixed area by either:
Requesting fewer fixed columns

Unfixing one or more fixed columns

Cancel out of CFIX and invoke CSIZE in order to shrink one or
more fixed columns enough so that all unfixed columns have the space
they require
